Investment, risk & customer agreement (draft)
1. Service and operator
NAMUVEST is an independent platform under development. The operating legal entity, jurisdiction, licensing details and support contact must be identified before accepting public funds. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Binance.
2. Shariah review
The operator intends to follow Shariah principles. This is not an independently certified halal investment product yet. Assets, trading methods, custody arrangements, fees and contracts require qualified Shariah review.
3. Variable results — no fixed daily ROI
No interest, fixed daily return or guaranteed profit is promised. Any illustrated rates shown in tier comparisons are scenarios only and do not represent actual performance or a contractual payout. Results are calculated from evidenced real trades. If trading creates no profit, no profit is payable. Losses may reduce capital, including the risk of complete loss.
4. Fair responsibility
Market losses are a risk accepted by a customer after informed consent, but this does NOT remove the operator’s responsibility for fraud, negligence, misconduct, security failures, legal obligations, or unauthorized transactions. Customer protections under applicable law continue to apply.
5. Trading authorization
Submitting a trading request does not execute a trade. Authorized operators must approve the request, keep execution evidence, and apply actual realized profit or loss. Public Binance quotes are not evidence of actual customer trades.
6. Deposits & withdrawals
The stated minimum intended deposit is 50 USDT and minimum withdrawal is 20 USDT. The 1–96 hour withdrawal period is an operational target, not a guaranteed completion deadline. Network fees, review, sanctions/AML checks and banking or blockchain issues may affect timing. No deposit or payout service is live until enabled after verification and compliance checks.
7. Security and KYC
Customers should use strong unique passwords, keep withdrawal PINs private and report compromise promptly. Account registration does not imply email or identity verification. Identity verification requires independent review, and does not occur automatically after one hour.
8. Privacy and referrals
Account records are stored in the platform database. Only limited masked identity digits should be entered until a secure KYC provider is connected. Referral codes connect registered users for team display; deposits do not automatically generate referral commissions.
9. Updates and disputes
Terms may be updated with appropriate prior notice and consent. Dispute handling, operator contact details, refund policies, legal jurisdiction, retention period, and customer complaint rights must be finalized by counsel before a public launch. Do not rely on these draft terms as a substitute for legal compliance.
